BBQ Baked Chicken Legs
Every Sunday, I cook a couple meals for my family and I. I prep these meals because I don’t have the time during the week to cook. I chose to make this meal because it was inexpensive and pretty simple to make. Check out the recipe below.
Ingredients
1 Pack Chicken legs
Paprika
Steak Seasoning
BBQ Sauce
Olive Oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Clean chicken and pat dry
Line your baking dish with foil
Add the chicken to the dish with a couple tablespoons of olive oil. Make sure each piece is coated.
Season the chicken liberally with steak seasoning. Sprinkle on the paprika.
Bake for 50 minutes.
Take the chicken out the oven and baste with BBQ sauce
Bake it for an additional 10 minutes
All Done!
This pack of chicken cost $6. I paired it with some red potatoes ($3) and Brussel Sprouts ($2). This meals costed me $11 in total and lasted all week. Prepping meals doesn’t have to be a daunting task. Remember to keep it simple.
