Shrimp Taco Salad

Ingredients
1 pound jumbo shrimp
2-3 cups chopped Romaine salad
2 tablespoons diced red bell pepper
2 tablespoons diced red onion
3 tablespoons charred corn
2 tablespoons of shredded cheese
Olive Oil
1 packet of taco seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
Peel and clean shrimp. Pat dry with paper towel.
In a bowl, add the dried shrimp, teo tablespoons of olive oil, the garlic powder, and the taco seasoning. Toss the shrimp to evenly coat them.
In a skillet, cook the shrimp on medium high heat for 2-3 min on each side. Set Aside when done.
Now it’s time to build your salad! Add the romaine lettuce to your dish or meal prep container. Top with the shrimp, bell peppers, red onions, cheese, and corn. Done!
Note: If you are eating the salad at the time of preparation, toss it with a salad dressing of your choice and enjoy. If you are meal prepping, add your salad dressing of choice to a small container on the side, enjoy!
